Those sound like great goals and great accomplishments! I have to remind myself that gradual progression is okay and not to get discouraged.
I am running just over three miles consistently but my goal is this week is to up it each day and get up to 6 miles by Saturday. I will then start working on my time and try and get faster.
I am also watching what I am eating and making sure to get a lot of fruit and veggies.
Can I just say that I love spring/summer because it is so light in the mornings. I was used to running in the dark at 6 am and now it is so light!!!
I also have a goal to run a 10k in the middle of June and there is also a triathlon near the end of June. I am not sure if I am going to do that or not but it looks SO much fun!
